Default 2002 ss wheel hub assemblies

What would cause my 2002 ss to keep going through wheel hub assemblies. I've replaced both on the front twice since 180,000 miles... currently at 221,000

What brand are you replacing them with?

Is the axle going bad?

Are the hub assemblies actually going bad, or is it the wiring to it?

I've never used that brand, I've only ever replaced with Timken.

However, I would start to suspect the wiring if the bearings themselves aren't going bad. Have you checked the grounds? Or maybe the connectors that they use just allow moisture in and they are throwing bad readings.

Also never heard of that brand, any reason you didn't go with OEM replacement AC Delco?

It's a house brand at O'Reillys in my area, anything else has to be shipped in. And the connectors are shielded to prevent water

Did a little research on the brand, looks like a lot of people are reporting issues with the precision hubs after not very long.

You might just need to switch brands, they probably aren't the best hubs.

I have replaced both hubs with different brands... when I go to turn on gravel from a stop, both forward and backwardsy traction control light goes off. Not sure what to check or where to check. Any ideas???

What I do with the majority of my part for my MC is I call a local dealer and ask for the part numbers and purchase the items on Amazon or gmpartsshop.com. Also check your axle. Is the boot bad?

No I'm not getting a vibrations or noise, the CV joint is in perfect condition and does not cause a sensor to go off, bc there isn't one on it.
