The black on black (ebony) combo was part of a limited offering, it would appear that this one was left out of that crowd and I would also think that the High Sport package that is on it was not stock application as all HS SS black cars I have seen have had ebony interior.

Either way lots of work and looks way better than it did with the red/black combo. It's a shame you had to tear it down again!

do you remember about how much you spent on them? my wife wants me to bring it to a shop so they can tell me what the problem is but i bet are gonna charge me for that

Total, I spent like $150-$200 for the 2 shift solenoids, a pressure control solenoid, and a torque converter clutch solenoid.

The hard part is installing them.

Which is why I pulled the engine/trans. Install was simple then, plenty of room

A new torque converter went in mine too

I Had To Have Them Ordered At My Local Autoparts Store..... Shift Solenoid Were $28 Each, TCC Was $31 and The EPC Was $45...

Prices have gone up since then, I believe the shift solenoids were about that price, the TCC was 50 or 60, and the PCS was 70 or 80. Don't forget to get tranny fluid
