Default Engine Build Containues

Working On A Few Important Parts & Gaskets & More Parts.....

I Began At The Upper Intake, Includes Removing & Checking The Fuel Rail &
Injectors (O-Ring Conditions), Removing The Throttle Body & Thermostat Housing...

Removal Of The Rear Valve Cover Was A Pain In The @$$ For The Simple Fact The
Belt Tensioner Had To Be Removed, In That Process I Was Also Able To Determine
The Heater Core By-Pass (Lower & Upper) Needed To Be Replace..

Front Valve Cover Gasket Was Leaking Really Bad On To The Header and Down On The
Starter...

More Oil Leaking On To The Ac Compressor and Spark Plug As Well...

Worse Problem With This Engine Has To Be The Coolant Which Is Use (Dex-Cool)... It
Eats Up The Internal Parts Of The Coolant Passage Way, Leave A Brown Rust Threw Out
The Engine Block, I Choose To Use Prestone 50/50 Antifreeze...

This Was Where I Was Trying To Get To... This Too Some Good Sand Paper To Get The
Surface Smooth Enough To Allow The Gaskets To Sit Completely Flat Across Each Housing's
Surface...

As You Can See Rain Or Shine (Miami, Fl) I Got To Have The Job Done...

Make Sure You Grind, Polish, and Sand Down All The Surface In Which Your New Gasket
Will Be Making Contact With...

This Gives You An Idea As To How Much Oil Was Leaking From The Front Valve Cover
Gasket, The Rear Was Even Worse, The Compressor It Self Was Leaking, It Was Crack
From Underneath... I Think This Car Had A Rough Life Of 10yrs. I Call It Good Times...

This Is The New Install AC Compressor (New) Not Re manufactured, Also You Can See
By The Look Of The Exhaust Header (Clean) I Had My Share Of Scrubbing & Power
Washing Done...

If You Look Carefully, You Can See That Most Of The Harnesses Protective Covers Had
Been Heated And Become Brittle Due To Engine Heat, These Little 3800 Gets Hot... Real
Hot... I Strip Down and Re-Ran The Electric Tape On Each Of Them
