I have since discovered the Phoenix graphics source as well, I was looking on Jegs to see if I could get Red Chevy valve covers for the 3.8, when I saw the Decal options, including all the specialty Nascar Monte's including my DE, I was surprised! I'm guessing though, they were the original subcontractor for GM to make them in the first place!
