I used a regular socket for the hard bolts, just put the socket on the nut, then put the wrench on it, it doesn't click all the way in, but it's just enough to give you the turns to loosen.

The new taillights look nice. Like somebody else already said, I like the black housing against the silver color of your car.

When I looked at the photo of your other mod, I thought that you had installed an amp in your trunk, lol. Then I read the comment somebody made asking how the car handles now, and figured out that I must've guessed wrong, lol.

Did you take the clear covers off your factory tail lights to put on the LED lights? I don't think the ones that I have seen on Ebay don't have covers on them. I like the looks of the ones that I've seen on there, but I don't like the fact that they don't have covers.

Nope the aftermarket tails are the whole assembly. It's plug and play - hooks directly up to the factory wiring harness.

i'm going to have to concur with everyone else, tails look great, i've wanted a pair for a long time but i'm pretty sure i'll have to settle for a some niteshade.

Also, where did you find that rear stb. its not a gmpp piece is it cause i thought they quit making em?
