Default 1986 SS - custom - going to Mecum

After 20+ years of enjoying this vehicle, my Dad has decided to sell it. It doesn't get driven too often anymore. We'll be heading to Mecum's Indy auction with it May 14th. He mostly drove this every weekend to car shows around IL. First time at Mecum, looking forward to it.

- Multiple Best of Show recipient
- LT1 drive train
- Complete custom interior
- American Racing wheels
- custom SS logos

Thanks guys, been awhile since I've been in the Monte arena. My Dad and I showed one for years back in the 90's. Just recently resurfaced in the arena when he said he was wanting to sell it, brings back a lot of good memories. I had my 86 restored as an original, but with the addition of a major sound system. We made the trek to some pretty far NMCOA conventions as well. Good times.

That would be awesome, but from what I can tell...they reserve those spots for the really expensive spots. I believe we'll be in the Tuesday auction, the TV spots are for Fri night, Sat night. Maybe I'll streak the set and make it on TV anyway!

besure to let us know when you get there/arrive...
Would be cool to see it televised when it gets on the block!

Otherwise like papadave suggested... You tube it for us...
