Default 1972 Monte Carlo - thoughts?

Hi, I am going to look at a 1972 Monte Carlo tomorrow and was wondering what the experts here think in terms of price, condition, anything specific that I should look out for on these cars, that sort of thing. Here is what I know so far:

-Current owner is third.
-Claims 52,XXX original KMS, and has documents to prove.
-Never Winter driven
-Original body panels, not bondo'd up.
-Stock 350 replaced with period correct 400. Motor is a Stelmach built motor that cost 12K.
-Has receipts and paperwork for all work done
-Has over 30K in it
-Asking $14,000 Canadian, so roughly $11,000 US

I have some pictures too. So what is your opinion or first thoughts? Seem like a fair price for it's claimed and apparent condition? Any red flags?

Thanks!

I had a first Gen when it was knew and I sold it, got back to the Chevelles then. But this one looks nice, Stainless Exhaust, Disc Brakes all good. Buckets are good. You can check the bondo with a magnet. These cars would rust behind the door and the bottom end of the front fender where they meet the door. Steering wheel is not stock. In 1972 they never made an SS they did in 70 & 71.
$11K is not bad.
good luck

Good to know, I will try to take a good look at those areas. Thanks.
