I have a couple of friends looking for a new car to replace their old one and are not too happy with what's currently out there. Sure they love the new style Camaros and Challengers but cannot afford the prices. Then they ask me, "I like the Monte Carlos a lot and would like to purchase a new one" Then I have to give them the sad news that they stopped in 2007.

I think this would be ideal for those. Price may seem heavy to what you pay for one with 15,000 miles. But this is practically new and you're still saving thousands compared to the sticker price with 0 miles. The drawback of course is the factory warranty has pretty much expired.

I believe there wasn't a very large run on the 2007s? is that right? Not sure on the numbers. But these could become more rare. I would love to pick it up for $20K!

That's a really nice looking 07. You just don't find them with that low miles anymore. Someone is going to get a three year old brand new car. With 303 horsepower to boot.

$22,495 2007 Monte Carlo SS
+$5,499 Cartuning Turbo Kit
$27,994 = 600 HP @ 3489.9 lbs

$31,900 2007 Corvette
$31,900 = 400 HP @ 3179 lbs...

Hmmmm...

Still, that Corvette would look nice in my garage.

Yeah, but you also don't get the rear wheel drive, the drop top, the overall sexiness, or the 6-speed.

Nice, but for that kind of coin, I'd buy this:

Math is a little off...let me fix that for you:

22,495 2007 Monte Carlo SS
+$4000 for transmission
+$5,499 Cartuning Turbo Kit
$31,994 = 600 HP @ 3489.9 lbs
