i would think on that year that it would, but not 100% sure, you'll have to pull up beside an SS and check it out

The holes are not the same for each. You'll have to have the holes from the "flat" spoiler filled and new holes drilled for the Nascar type spoiler.

will the nascar type spoiler cover the other holes though? if so you wont have to do such an amazing job filling and painting the other holes

That's what they say over on 2kMC as well.

The surf board (flat) style spoiler has holes the race inspired (stand up) spoiler won't cover if you swap out the surf board for the race inspired.

Actually, our member BlueEssEss swapped his surfboard for a 2006 sport-style. He said that the new spoiler bolts into the EXACT same holes as the "whale tail" spoiler, it just left some scratches on the trunk that the new spoiler does not cover. I cannot see why the holes would be different on a 2006 with a surfboard from a 2000-2005 surfboard.

Has anyone had a problem with an 06-07 to where the center of the spoiler is 'lifting' away from the body? If you get down close to the trunk you can see under my spoiler because it's lifted away from the body. Anyone know how to fix this rather than take it to the dealer?

You know...I noticed that my surfboard spoiler lifted up a little on one side. I looked under the trunk and saw that one of the nuts was missing from underneath the spoiler. I'm not sure if it's always been that way, happened by chance, or someone who also has a Monte stole it from me when last I valet parked.

Check your nuts!! (sorry, had to be a little facetious there!)
