There is no 2008 Monte Carlos... only 2007's..

For 2007 GM eliminated the LT3 and the LTZ models with the 3.9 engines, replacing the standard 3.5 with one tuned for E85 (on some models)

The fog lights were eliminated on all models except the SS, from what I understand.

The 17" aluminium rims were only availabe on the 2LT, the rest of the models have 16" steels with hub covers.
SS models retained the 18" chrome rims.

There may have been a change in some interior options as well... the changes I noted above are those that are highly noticable.

There is a link called '2006 Monte Carlo' on the upper right hand corner of every page of this forum.

It will tell you every thing you need to know.

Who the heck wrote that? I got through the first section and started noticing little but important points. 04 was the first Supercharged Vehicles not 05's. There are other just small points like grammical and factual. The Monte simply isn't a "family" car. Thats an Impala. I also wouldn't realistically place it in the same domain as Camaro's and Firebirds. Those are true sports cars, the Monte is kind of a hybrid in that notion.
