yes there is! quite simple too. go to your local auto parts store and pick up a fuse tap. it looks just like a ordinary fuse in your fuse panel but it has a wire coming off of it to allow you to connect to the "power" wire of your fog lights.
just replace the original fuse with the fuse tap and your ready to hook up to your fog light power wire. my advice would be to tap into the low beams fuse, so when your low beams are on, so are your fogs.
i used a method similar to this when i installed my fogs. instead, i kept mine on a separate switch but i wanted them to be on a source of switched B+ power so if i forgot to turn them off, i wouldn't drain the battery.

I really hope not, last thing we need is someone riding around on a perfectly clear night with thier fogs on. Get some real headlights if your having problems with night vision.

I can tell from the sentence it's not a night vision problem. He want to look cool like everyone else that goes around cruising and doesn't want to forget to turn on the fog lights.
