the $50,000 Monte
found this on Autotrader this morning. Opinions!?
personally, the price tag was a little hard to swallow at first. but i would love to have this Monte. mainly because its still in brand new condition (literally)
with only 9 miles, a not shiny steering wheel, leather with NO creasing and the trim around the windows is still shiny. but im kinda confused as to why the rubber around the ignition has gone ashy. wouldnt expect that out of a car with only 9 miles.

It is interesting how the area around the key looks worn like that having only 9 miles on it. Maybe it's from the flash or something? It's definitely a nice car, but not $50K worth of nice. If they want that kind of money they need to find a couple of new money drunks at a Barrett Jackson auction or something...
hahah maybe $20k max.
That ignition bezel rubber is horrible, maybe the original was stolen by someone in the dealership or something and they just replaced it with the first one they found.

Lots of dreamers out there. Never hurts to ask that. Someone could be dumb enough LOL. I don't think I would even give 20K. It is still a 7 year old car. But 20K is more in the area.
Hi Chris, thanks for posting/sharing. It's always interesting to see what a person is asking for a like new Monte Carlo Special Edition...
I'm sure there is someone on Planet `Earth that would pay the $49,999 asking price...Maybe someone like Tony Stewart
..He could afford to buy all the 1,020 that were made

+ build a garage for all of them + hire me to take care of them

The ignition bezel maybe dirty from the owner's dirty/sweaty hands
starting the car over & over the last seven years & wishing that he knew how to drive a SuperCharged Monte
, but was afraid of the POWER

It would be interesting to know what it sells for, but it is a super nice one 4 sure....I'd rather have a new ZL`1 or a New Corvette for that amount of $'s...
