Will 200r4 floor shifter cable and brackets work on 7004r?
I have 700r4...4th Gen.
I have the 200r4 trans pan bracket and shifter cable and floor shifter....it seems it may will work out fine, but I inspected the cable and its damaged, so I have to find another shifter cable (and have read to stay away from aftermarket parts store ones)
But I want to know which route I need to take..
Should I, instead start over and buy
82 Camaro trans pan bracket, with shifter cable made for 700r4...(but will stock monte ss floor shifter work correctly with this cable? or will I need the Camaro shifter also)
or just get another monte ss shifter cable and go with what I have.
