op you may want to look into your cat, also you might want to check the tranny fluid to see if they actually did flush it.
how many miles are on your car? |
Thanks for the input guys.
I have 115,000 on the car. And yeah, what bothers me is that it was not this bad until it was serviced. I'm starting to think that it had never been flushed, and that as someone said, flushing loosened some stuff and made it worse. So my question is, will that eventually go away? My car is off being repainted now. It had some very rough chips on the hood, and the car never looked clean. So I'm without the car right now. But I'm excited to see how it turns out! |
That is why I won't have a flush done on my vehicles. On my 2004 Dale Jr, I just dropped the pan and replaced the filter and filled it back up with Valvoline Dextron VI. I bought mine with 87,800 miles on it and I don't think the tranny fluid had ever been changed. Car now has 94,000 miles on it and still shifts good. I plan on sucking the fluid out of the dipstick and replacing the fluid again soon because the fluid is still a little dark.
