Ohh geez, how long have you owned your monte again?

 

like 14 months.

i changed it once after about 1700 miles. put the mobil 1 in to get the conventional out and that was probably in august.

 

Lol ohh geez i dont think i could own a car & not drive it lol even though im doin that with the edge once it hits like 5k ill prob be non stop driving it lol

 

in reality i dont really need the monte. i ride my bike in town in the summer and now i have my beater lumina so there is no reason for me to have the monte out. keep in mind i only live 3 blocks from my shop to so i dont really need a car to commute everyday. i think this spring/summer the monte will get drove alot tho.

 

I use I think quaker state high mileage 5w-30 I think thats it I dont remember now I kept the bottle in a box in the trunk of the Monte so I remember what kind to keep consistant with it

 

Thats true bit i love driving my monte lol, cant just let it set

 

I change my own oil. I use Valvoline 5-30 full synthetic and a K&N oil filter.

 

I use Mobil Clean 5000, 5w-30.

 

I use 5w30 Mobil 1 in the 05 and conventional Pennzoil in the 03. Haven't decided what route to take when I purchase a new car in the spring.

 

I run Royal Purple 10-w30.It's one of the few syn oils I run with a flat tappet cam
