Ok, can get a set of the famous (infamous) double hump heads, completely reworked, rebuilt, polished, ported, new 202/160 valves. 400 bucks.

I have a set of vortec heads on a 95 engine I pulled out of a project truck I am working on. Which heads would be better to use? I don't know enough about the vortec heads to be able to compare them to the older doublehumps, but I do know the doublehumps are damn good heads when worked.

Any advice would be appreciated.
