I'm looking to get my 2004 ss supercharged tuned with a standalone system, can anyone recommend a good place? And if so give me details on how much hp I may get and what the price might be

 

what mods have you had done to it so far?

 

Just a K&N cold air intake

 

I would do more mods before you get a tune. Not really worth it at this point in the game.

 

What new mods would you suggest I get?

 

headers are preferable.

At least do a ZZP 3" downpipe.

If you can get modified 1.9 Rockers, headers, 180 thermostat, colder plugs, you can probably drop your pulley size and get more boost out of that thing.

 

how do i get a 180 t and colder plugs? and shoulw i get upswept or downswept headers? i wanted a zzp downpipe but my dad says he doesnt want my car being really loud

 

If you can't get a downpipe, then you probably can't get headers...

The downpipe also doesn't make the car louder. That's the resonator and mufflers job lol

You purchase a thermostat that opens at 180 degrees and put that in. Spark Plugs shouldn't be changed until you modify more.

 

well if downpipes dont affect the sound ill get them and the headers should i go upswept or downswept? and after i put those two and the thermostat in can i put in new plugs?

 

If you plan on getting a smaller supercharger pulley and tune after those mods, then yes the colder plug would be beneficial
