Depends on your mods, tune, pulley size, etc.

I am at 600ft above sea level, it's 70-80°F, and I am only getting 2-2.5lbs on my boost gauge and my aeroforce is about the same.

Unplug the boost bypass valve from the solenoid (vacuum line, and electrical connection)

Then you should run the correct amount of boost

The BBV is the round black thing that one of the vacuum lines atop the supercharger go to, on the front of the motor.

Ok, do I need to put a cap on the vacuum line that I remove?

So does this basically stop the BBV from working? Sorry for the newbie question

This is what you need to do:

Remove vacuum line from BBV to BBV solenoid. Don't cap it.

The vacuum line that goes from the fuel pressure regulator to the BBV solenoid can be removed, and just cap the T on the FPR, or put a vacuum elbow on the FPR (to remove/bypass the BBV and solenoid altogether)

This will stop the boost limiting you're experiencing. It makes the BBV run off vacuum, so it still works, it just won't limit boost. I think the PCM tells the BBV solenoid to drop boost down at around 100 MPH, but don't quote me on that.

Bypass it. You won't be sorry.
