Default throttle cable

i do not know much about engines im only 17 and am eager to learn but the other day i heard something about tightening the trottle cable to have a quicker response an you can do something similar to the transmision for quicker down shifts when your peddle hits the floor. let me know if this is possible and if it is im going to do more research and find out how

I have not heard of this one.

If you want to better your throttle response I would focus more towards other performance related parts of your fuel delivery/ignition system.

Air intake system= CIA

Throttle body upgrade.

Ignition upgreades i.e. wire, plugs, coils.

Fuel injectors.

Fuel/air adjustments

You know, all the expensive stuff... lol
