Switching to 2 Bar MAP

I wanted to know how to change from the stock one bar to a two bar MAP sensor in HP tuners. If it helps, I have a P04 ECM. Do I have to get a file, or a whole ECM from a supercharged monte, and transfer my existing tuning changes to it in order to be able to use a 2 bar MAP?

Thank you for the info, but I can't seem to find where I alter the MAP in the editor

only info I can find on it with a screenshot, but I can't look as my laptop is down to find it.

Yeah, that's where I thought it is supposed to be, but it looks like the ECM I have doesn't support changes to the MAP sensor. The OS tab is completely blank. I don't think it has to do with updating or resyncing my hp tuners.

You aren't missing anything. The only way you can go about adding the 2-bar MAP is by installing a supercharged OS onto your car.

MAF tuning and a wideband for 1-bar if you don't want to do the OS switch.

That's what I suspected. I only plan on running 5-8 psi of boost, would I be able to run that with just the stock MAF and a wideband?

All of my research says yes, I'm still trying to dial in my car myself. These cars are very MAF based for everything it feels like.

Don't think you can since a 1 bar will only measure 14.5 psi at wot. Which is atmospheric pressure. Once you build boost it will be 14.5+4 or 5 psi which means map will be maxed.

I know any boost will max out the MAP, but it seems to me, and also acording to ChibiBlackSheep, the ECM relies more on the MAF than the VE table. At WOT when I'm tuning my NA car, I'm using just about three quarters of the HZ range of the MAF. Meaning it has the capability to measure more air. How much more I don't know. But it can be calibrated.
