Default SSM90?

I was browsing through the clupgp forums and was suprised that zzp has a kit to put a supercharger on the l36. Anybody running the ssm90 setup, or talked to guys who have? Just want to know what people think about it or their experience with it.

Its awfully expensive and the only real benefit is the install is easier. It would be much cheaper to do an L67 top swap, I've seen people get all the parts to do that for very little )under $500) on clubgp.

Well, im pricing out this swap now and i work right next to a parts supplier and they told me they could give me a full top swap including the balancer and the brackets and they would charge 600$ If i was to get the parts i needed for the ssm90 it would be 450$ and id still need the LIM machined. With the top swap its a little more labor intensive with the harmonic balancer and heads swap, but Its a lot more upgradable and they SWEAR that the ssm90 kit will get belt slip.

I've seen a couple ssm90 kits in person, and I'venot heard any of them have problems with belt slip- you do get less belt wrap- but at a 3.4"+ pulley size, you're running a pretty big pulley.
