No problem at all- that's the MAP sensor. I used a vacuum T on the vacuum fitting that sits right below the supercharger snout. One point of the T connects to the fuel pressure regulator, one point connects to the MAP sensor input shaft, and the other connects to the manifold for vacuum source.

Stock wiring and all that will work just fine.

Nice work. I thought about this for mine but since my g/f has two GTPs I'll play with one of hers (planning on buying her coupe at some point) and leave the Monte be until if and when I do an LS4 swap.

Hey man whats up sorry to bring up an old thread but i need some help with my vacuum lines on the same kit from zzp on my 02 na 3.8. I also installed the aeroforce interceptor for kr and boost and it shows me negative 17 boost and almost never see it in the +
Is it possible you can take pics or something to help me out I'm having trouble with these instructions i get some diagrams but not sure what to follow

This is what I've done so far
From under the snout that port into the fpr and with the t split into the map
On the 3 ports from top of the sc i have the l67 brake booster hose into 1
The little hose i think the climate control hose with a t connector to the pollution control into port 2
For port number 3 going into boost actuator

I noticed under the boost actuator ther is an used port...where shud i plug that in

Now for the 2 ports on top of the sc to the front i have a hose plugging both into eachother

The unused plastic mini hose next to the fatter hose is canceled out

I also posted a video on YouTube with the routing

Thanks

My car is gone, sold it a few months ago.

That said, the upper port on the boost bypass valve should be connected to a vacuum port on top of the blower. The lower port can stay unconnected (on an L67, it connects to the boost bypass valve solenoid, which you won't want or need).

Make sure you are reading vacuum POST-blower for your boost gauge. The LIM port under the blower snout is about your only real option. I never cared about 'boost' on that care and never ran a full time boost gauge.

Good luck!

Question. The stage one L36 supercharger kit you can use your stock injectors with the 4.2" pulley. And the stage 2 kit comes with the #33 injectors and a 3.8" pulley. Would there be noticeable HP gains with going with the stage 2 over the stage 1?

I don't know what the 'stages' are now, but yes, you will see pretty big power gains with #33 injectors and 3.8 pulley vs the stock injectors and a 4.2.

if I went with the stage 1 and ran the stock injectors and ran the 4.2" pulley is there a pretty big increase in performance from my stock NA motor like "holy cow" kind of increases. I really want too do this too my car I never plan on racing it, just doing it wake the care up, cause ive had the car since it was new, and I just wanna change it up now. ive been looking at the kit, and doing the math and buying the whole kit they sell is pretty much the same price, as buying everything separately. 3800 Supercharger Conversion Kit | Super Charger Kits | 3800 Supercharger Kit is that everything that a person would need too get too do the whole job? thanks
