I got a 87 SS and unfortunatley the steering box now ='s crap. So my Dad and I are in the procees of getting a new one. So my dad got to wondering if you could use a steering box from a z28 camaro and if so what year?

Here is a link to read that will fully explain the differences in F-body vs G-body cars steering boxes. You have a "G" body car. (you probably already knew that).
