I have a 96 monte carlo. On the highway it broke down. Well i finally got it started and the oil light is on and its running real bad. I took the oil fill cap off and the valve springs dont seem like there moving at all. What should i check. Oil pump? I need some help im not familar with these cars. Its a 3.1
