Drop the pan and change the filter NOW, before you have problems...if its kinda a redish brown color, it is time for a change!

Oh...I see what you mean. Could buy a power programmer and have the speed limiter taken out, right? I'm sure the car's top speed is in the 125-135MPH range, with proper tires.

If I could buy a power programmer, I would have done it already...but bummer, they don't make one for the 3.5L! But your right, with out the limiter, and at least H rated tires, it would do right around 130 I think...maybe 135 if it was floored for a while and had lots of highway to eat up!

Yep! Sure do...but i'm still on the fence about the whole thing right now. Not because I don't trust HP tuners, but because i'm not sure if i really want to do anything to the PCM anymore...IDK, maybe i'll get over my pissed offness (I know thats not a word, Thank you...) sometime in the future, and try to do something with it again...

haha, but this one isn't a hard fix if you screw something up, because before you start you flash your stock settings to a computer.

Then if you screw something up you just flash the stock back to your car

The only thing that can go wrong is if you try to re-write the whole PCM and it fails and you fried your PCM. But if you never do full writes it will always allow the repair
