Hmm I will have to hit the junkyard for sure I can't find anything online for that part. I still would like to know if anyone has replaced that "mount" or "support" on my model of Monte. See how they did it.

Couldn't a good exhaust shop fix that up since you still have the piece?

Then you can drive around for a while, and look for the replacement?

looks like it aluminum... if ya cant find one i used to work at a place that is set up to weld aluminum if ya cant find one i can get you the number

but i would call viking,aaa,johns(alittle out there) abbco(also kinda out there)aces,or acme if they ever rebuilt after the fire... i check upull it doesn't look like they have much but can alway look

also there is roger in cottage grove and there is a kinda redneck one next door but thats mainly old schhol stuff awsome one just to go rummage through...lotta old school stuff

I think I am gonna head to Johns in Blaine they actually just bought about 200 cars from cash for clunkers hopefully there will be something there for me. I have another car to drive in the mean time but I already miss my girl lol.

well have a good drive out there man hope traffic doesn't slow ya down too much..johns is agood place to go ive gotten a few parts from them

I went to John's and I guess they pull the engines out of their cars right when they get them. So I looked around found a part I did need also lol and left. It was too late to check out this other "Pull yourself" junk yard so I will try again tomorrow.

I found it this IS the upper motor mount correct (passenger side). If anyone ever breaks one like me lol Let me know cause I managed to get the thing off after about 2 hours of thinking (and swearing) and 2 trips to the auto parts store.
