I got an LT1 I want to put in my car. I've seen a wiring harness on ebay that is plug and play for $550! I know I'll need the harness but what else will I need? Has anyone else done this mod? What can I do to the LT1 to beef it up. My goal is to put the hot cam kit in it. What about putting a carb on the LT1 motor? Any answers appreciated. Thanks, Richard Harris

 

if your on mcss.com look up spudmanmike 82 or osmething like that. he did the swap. i've done LS1 swaps and its not THAT hard just alot of thinking and pacents.


i have seen a carb on a LT1 and it works very well. they scream and seem to make good power.
