The trans is shifting hard but.... I like it haha. Might do the HD kit from ZZP although I'm not putting out an amout of hp where I think it would be a problem. It also has a bit of a rough idle when I first start the car but it's been getting used to it the past few days and it's going away bit by bit.

Doesn't ZZP take away some torque management in their tunes? That would explain the shifts.

225 to the wheels but it was on regular gas in a 90 degree room. Now on premium and in a colder room I'd expect 230-235 maybe 260 at the crank. Also had 220lbtq

Hell yes haha it's unbelievable the difference. One of those new VW Golfs GTIs rolled up next to me last night, while I don't normally like street racing, he wouldn't leave me alone. So I decided to see how the monte would go against it. It sounded relatively stock but the second I punched it at a roll of about 30mph. The tires spun for a sec but once it hooked it TOOK OFF!!! Ended up leaving him by about 5 car lengths before he turned around and left If I could, I would definitely go with this kit again.
