Default i want some quick power

what can i do to get a quick PERMANENT power boost i aint got to much money so im tring to keep it at about 300$ any ideas

How much power are you looking to get? For 300 there's isn't much you can get that could give you substantial gains. A CAI will run you about that much, maybe a bit less; A down pipe to get rid of the U-bend on it (the most restrictive part of the exhaust system about 240); an HV3 and gaskets for the upper intake manifold(about 250); a tuned PCM from Intense or ZZP (100 I think). To get the car to improve on the HPs, assuming you have a 3.8 ltr engine, you'll have to spend some dough. I'm going turbo as soon as it warms up and that set up is going to cost about $3,800. That's not counting the downpipe, HV3, rockers, tuning, trans upgrade, and others.

You should look into a supercharger, again assuming you have a 3.8, which will make your car faster and it's a lot cheaper (around $1,300 for a used one + gaskets). Search the forum for it.
