Default Help I can’t find anything on how to get to the pressure control solenoids

So we have come to the conclusion that my Monte could use some pressure control solenoids but don’t know where to start or their locations and how to disassemble it to replace them can anyone chime in and give me a hand thanks and happy holidays

I believe they are behind the side pan/cover of trans. Been a few years since I was that deep in a 65.

Yep, its under the side cover. #322, top left of the diagram.

If you're planning to open up the trans for DIY maintenance, I'd at least spend the money on the ATSG manual:
