i forgotten to ask what type of mods or just leave the engine pretty much stock? edel and jegs gm performer heads are great for stock and modded motors do to how well they breath.

aluminum heads have gone down in price, but so have iron heads. iron eagles are nice. sportsman IIs are also good.if you can afford them afrs are also nice. personally i dont think the edelbrocks are worth it. the sportsman IIs out perform them and are way cheaper. only thing the edelbrocks have over them is that theyre aluminum so theyre lighter. do you have an idea of what you want to to with the car? if its just a straight daily driver cruiser the vortec heads will do.
