Default fuel pump?

so here is the scoop, stop my 98 3.1L went to go start it again and wouldnt you know it, it wont start. she turns over like a champ and almost wants to start, and its right there of a quick second and then putts out. ill have to check it when i get another pair of hands so i can get under her and see if i can hear the fuel pump. but here is my question, if the pump is slightly pumping will that give me a fulse pressure reading on a guage? and what should the pressure be? one more, the cover on the relays is very faded, does anyone know what one is the pump relay? again its a 1998 LS 3.1L, thanks again for any help!!!

Fuel pressure should be at LEAST 35 psi

Just swap the relays, see if it starts
