I am trying to put fog lights on my 2000 LS. Does anyone know the exact size of the hole where the fog lights go, if I can't find some off of an SS, so I can get some aftermarket lights.

 

those are the same lights for all of that body style threw 04.
you can also use i belive it was 2.5 inch round and they woudl fit to.

also look at the camaro style i seen one over here like it and it didnt look to bad.
the Impallas have our fogs also.

 

you could always go with those cool lookin angel eye ones they look pretty sweet and would fit in there no problem i love the blue ring around the outside of them

i put factory in mine. before you buy any aftermarket make sure you take a good look at what ya have to mount them to in there. i know people have done it, but i dont know how they manage to get em mounted very solid. just seems like doing it the hard way to me.

 

yah, there's definetely not a lot to mount fog lights to inside that front bumper. i think the stock bracket just mounted to the inside of the bumper, so if you put aftermarket ones in you would have to probably buy that stock bracket and then fasten them to it somehow or fab something up that is similar

 

as far as i know though, fogs and brackets come as one.

 

yah, but the fog lights can be removed from the brackets, but yah you have to buy them both @ onces if you dont have the brackets
