I'm curious ? Why do you want to do it ?
You could wire them direct or have switch installed to turn them on & off yourself..

Check back on your thread ?, to see what our expert tech member's post on your subject ?

I'd do this^^^

Not sure why you would need them on ALL of the time but that's up to you I guess.

I want to wite them directly. Having some over heatin issues and their not comin on. So i figure wire it up straight and screw the relays. I k ow its not the best idea but i dont want to go looking for a needle in a hay stack to fix it. Got four other cars ****ting on me lol all at the same time. Lol

If you're lucky it might be a temporary fix to your problem but the issue could be elsewhere in your cooling system and having the fans always on might not fix it.

What year is your car? All late model Monte Carlos will set the CEL and store a code if the fans are malfunctioning. The code(s) should lead you to the problem area so diagnosing and fixing it shouldn't be that difficult. If you do decide to rewire the fans so they're running all the time I would wire them through a relay and use a spare accessory fuse (only powered with key in on/run position) to trigger the relay. To be honest it would be much easier to just locate and fix the problem with the original fan circuit.

Thanks for the switch link. Well for one my computer is nuts. Nothing it says is accurate. Engine light stays on and every code or warning flashes but all of its fine, its been like that since i got it for free lol No complaints. But yesterday I spliced into both fan wires and wired to the battery. Only the passenger side came on. Now since the driver side is presumed broken will this cause both not to trun on? Oh and its a 2001 ss
