Will (overkill) is seeing how many people are interested in possibly developing a turbo kit for the 3.5.

I think that would be a way more awesome build than the LS4

why not just dump yours, and pick up an ss? the swap shouldnt be overly expensive,or hard since you essentially have the same car. the motor, trans, suspension, ground effects, wheels and spoiler are the only differences maybe a few grand if you do it yourself, but since the drivetrain came in that body already why not just get an actual ss. itll be worth more in the long run. theyre more than affordable now adays and ls4 cars are always popping up for sale on ls1tech.

Suspension and Gauges were also different between the models.

Didn't notice you wrote it, oops :p

They are completely flat, they have zero depth to them. They also don't have as much information, only temp and fuel, speed and RPM.

the engine/trans would be a drop in replacement as long as you get the harness, the computer would have to be programmed as well

chibi i need to see a side by side of both gauges. op if you were to try to completely clone the car doing all the work yourself im going to say that youre probably looking at maybe 4-5g for the parts. you gotta think about all the stuff that needs to be swapped. at the point that youre throwing 5g into your car you might as well sell yours and buy a SS car for 11. probably cost you a little less with none of the back breaking work, and itll be worth more being an actual ss car.

The more I think about the gauges... the more I think I'm wrong.

The SS doesn't have MORE gauges, but they have different colors maybe and more depth to the gauge.

Been too long since I drove my parents SS I think haha
