Could be bad gas. The problem seems you have gotten slightly better after a new tank. So I guess ill keep an eye on it for now.

Are gm map sensors usually the same? I have a few extras laying around they all look the same to me.

They transmit different frequencies, and your PCM must be tuned to change to a different MAF.

Anyone know of any GM specific Transmission PID's? Specifically related to the Torque Converter?

i bought some l67 coil packs/ICM today for 20bucks i'm gonna through them on tonight i'll report back if they seem to fix the problem

mwjames 02-25-2012 10:49 PM

the coil pack/icm swap didn't fix the problem...

Is it possible for you to make a video of the problem?

mwjames 02-26-2012 01:39 AM

i could maybe make one with my phone but its just between 50-70mph it just wants to stumble like 100-300rpm around 2k rpm's with a little throttle, i have to still do some regular maintenace things such as fuel filter, plugs and wires. I'm just really hoping it's nothing to do with the tranny

Rellsun 02-26-2012 10:23 AM

It really is a strange problem. I was trying to get a video the other day but its hard to see the rpm jump because it's so subtle. IMO it feels like you just hitting a ton of little bumps on the highway. I might try changing my tranny fluid next weekend I know it's old and needs replacement. How does your fluid look?
