That's one of the oldest scams in the book. Although, usually they call them turbos not superchargers. All it is is a fan stuck inside your tube from your air box - it creates more of a restriction then anything.

 

Definitely a waste of money.

 

don't bother! multi speed leaf blower would be better you can push more psi!

even if you read into these electric fans u'll seee y its not worth the box it comes in. besides the restriction. the fan itself cant withstand a long period of high rpms itself. which is y the r usually referred to as a turbo. u'd cut in on and off with a sswitch. so if ur fan cant run for more than a minute without burning itself out than what do you think is gonna happen to the air passing through your piping hot fan?

On a serious note, electric superchargers/turbochargers are all scams. Another thing is that sadly, 1995 is the worst/hardest year to modify a Monte due to 95's running OBD 1.5.

 

search for these please. they've been around for a while and have never worked. they will do harm instead, getting in the way of the air flow.
