drop pan or flush n fill tranny!???

Default drop pan or flush n fill tranny!???

My 03 SS 3.8L has 84500+ miles, I need a tranny fluid change. what do you recommend? just drop the pan or flush n fill?. Also should I get my coolent flushed out too while Im at it? =\

a lot of people say flush, but the problem with flushing is what if there's crap in there, then it gets all stirred up and might get stuck in somewhere, i'd drop the pan first, and get rid of everything...then if you still want to do a flush you can do that after
