If you have the money and ability to do it, go turbo instead. Or L67 swap (easiest option).
Exactly my thoughts- IMO a turbo would be much easier to custom fab than a CSC setup, especially for a regular mechanic. IIRC though, RSM used to make a CSC kit for the 60* V6's. If that's the case, you could try finding a used kit- that would likely be the easiest route if you wanted to go CSC.

My questions would be why do you want the supercharger? Don't get me wrong I love my Supercharged Monte, but that being sai the speed limit where I live is mostly 55/60 as in highway, highest I've seen is 75 on the bigger roads. No real need for a supercharger on an everyday car which brings me to the next ?
Some people get bored DD'ing slow cars though, and some people can't afford all the expenses that go with owning 2 vehicles, and just want to make their only vehicle faster.

Didn't some of the Cobalt SSs have a supercharged V6? It would have been a 60* V6 (like the 3400) and parts from the 3500 motors DO bolt right onto the 3400s. I do know the latter part for a fact.

the cobalt is a 4 cyl (LSJ)

GM Family II engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

the supercharger is an M62 which is what's used for the most part on the 3400's, haven't seen it on a 3500 yet.

The 3400 has to be mounted in the front of the engine so I can see where your thought comes from but it routes to the throttle body differently. You can see it below, so if you were to get a M62 to supercharge the 3400 you would need one of the like 6 kits for this from grand ams.

You can do it all custom to

M90 has been done also

Ok that's what I was thinking.

Anyway you can still make pretty decent power staying N/A by putting heads, intake, etc from a 3500 onto a 3400. You just gotta make sure the bottom end is solid because it does up the compression a bit. Bolts right in though.

Cam and heads are the two biggest power adders along with headers for the 3400, the cam is actually relatively easy to access and swap out

heads and headers get expensive for this dumb engine haha
