Question billet radiator hose

anybody know where i can find a billet radiator hose? i've searched the big sites for 3800 parts and couldnt find anything. Seems like i've seen them before, but cant remember where. Just added a few performance parts so now its time to add some engine detail parts.

Thanks in advance

sorry guys one more question, i've been looking at the Mr. Gasket radiator cap but they make 13psi and 16psi caps. isnt our radiator system right inbetween at like 15psi? they say the 13psi is for domestic cars, and i'd really like to get it. not gonna make a difference if i just get the 13psi right? here's a link: http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/un...tg122470r.html

what do you think?

I don't know that anyone actually makes billet radiator hoses if that's what you mean. It would be kind of wasteful to make hoses out of a solid chunk of metal.
You can get a spectre kit at any parts store that comes with different braided stainless hose covers that slip over your stock hoses to clean up the engine bay a bit. You should also be able to get individual lengths of the braided sleeves and the connectors also so you don't have to get the whole kit.

They also have pre-fabbed hoses that are the weaved stainless and also ones that have different style coverings (corrugated is one - looks like they have a smooth one too but they look like they're pre-shaped). You may have to order some of them, but I'd bet that any parts store will let you look at the catalog and order you whatever you want.

I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.

Otherwise, you can find polished thermostat housings around sometimes. I think ZZP may sell them. You can polish your own if you're crafty.

Why not leave your stock radiator cap? Does the temperature gauge in your car not work?

no it does, but its just for show. i like the anodized red, matches everything else under the hood. the temp. guage looks cool too. little things, thats all.

but while your responding, i know its off topic bumpin', have you heard anything about the GMPP cat back exhaust on gmpartsdirect? i just ordered it, wondering if you heard anything good/bad about it, even though its too late regardless. didnt want to go with borla or anything else, stick with gm parts if i can. just hope it does well.

Nope, sorry- I don't know a whole lot about the bolt on catback systems.
