Default 2006 LT ECM Issue

I have the 2006 3.9L LT, just a 2 part question. First, I Just put my CAI together but noticed the ECM is right under the stock airbox. Is this being exposed going to cause an issue down the road or should I be ok? Second, can anyone reccomend a good Flash tuner I can buy, Ive had no luck at all I can only find the ones for a 3.5 or the SS none for the 3.9.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't buy a whole kit, I found myself with about 75$ pep boys gift cards so I bought some spectre tubing and cheap filter and put it together, I wanted to go with K&N but this car doesn't like to play well with the stuff I like

Were you able to secure the ECM somehow? If so, it shouldn't be a problem? Although you pretty much have a FWI rather that an enclosed CAI which is better in the long run depending on funds $$ available. Post up some pics when you get s chance.

Right, I know that. This was just a "oh hey I have free money " type deal. But it is still secured with the bottom hard plastic part of the box, I just took the top half off, but it seems like a lot of grime/ water can get in there

***EDIT***

I just put some pictures up of the location of the ECM
