Well, I gotta spare bedroom for rent, but 2 Dan's with 2 Monte's just would not be right on too many levels.

Plus I only have a single car garage so you would park in the grass.

Forgot you would also get a sticker shock in rent. I'm renting it out the room for $300 and it includes: water, heat, elec, 5mb internet wireless, all cable channels, and laundry.

Know many places in CA like that?

Ane the place isn't bad either. You can see it on myspace.
