Default Windown Tint Legal Question

What is the legal amount of tint one can have on their car windows without breaking the law and having to remove the tint because it was too dark?

You could paint your three back windows with black paint as long as you have your 2 outside mirrors.

You just can't do jack to your three front windows.

Wisconsin doesn't allow anything in the back but you can still get a decent tint.

This link shows the maximum legal tints in the US
http://www.tntwindowtint.com/wilaws.htm

Subsection 5a of the state law says you can't have anything in the rear window.
