Several times over. Unless your car is extremely bad you should be able to get multiple "sessions" out of one bar. If your a little nervous about the potential of scratching I would cut a bar in half, use it once and toss it but IMO that's still a bit of a waste but I can understand the concern. Just knead and fold it after you finish each section. You'll be amazed at how much crap the clay will pull off.

Very nice.
The clay bar you can reuse until it's really dirty and you only need a small piece - you just keep kneading it until the clay is clean. But, if you drop the clay on the ground - throw it away immediately!

I detailed a G35 a few weeks ago that had latex paint splattered all over it and still only used half a bar for the whole thing. And that's an extreme case right there. You should be able to clay your car at least 3-5 times per bar.
