You like the ScratchX stuff huh? How much do you get it for? Reason I ask is because you can get a 32oz bottle of Optimum Polish which outperforms ScratchX by far, for only $13.95........if you think you like the finish with your current products, step up to OP and you'll be blown away!! Or you could save a few bucks and get a 32oz bottle of Hi Temp Smooth cut polish for $9.95, which is only a couple bucks more than ScratchX, which comes in a 7oz tube, right?

I like Meguiars products. Been using them for 20 years. a ScratchX tube will last for 3+ when use a Porter Cable DA. I want something that I can pick up locally as well. Never heard of OP. Price is no object though when it comes to a good finish. I am very picky... I use what works and use it often.

I hear you. If there ever comes a time that you consider using something other then Meg's, give Optimum a try, you won't regret it. Or if you want quality OTC stuff found locally, see if you have a CarQuest auto parts store in town, if so, stop by and pick up some DuraGloss products. They are my OTC product of choice for polish and spray wax. It's amazing to me that their stuff isn't marketed and distributed better, if they ever patched up those two areas of their business I think they would knock off one of the two frontrunners in the OTC market, Mother's and Meguiars. DG could give some boutique brands a run for their money too.
