does anyone know where i can findlight smoketail light covers for a 2005 monte carlo. i found the smoked out ones but i rather the light smoked ones. thanks

 

You can try a product called VHT Nightshade.

It's a tint in a spraycan. Sprays on just like spray paint. But the more coats you put, the darker it gets. So you can control how dark or light you want it. It should be available at most autoparts stores.

The only tail light covers I've seen were either the dark smoke color, or clear. The one's you're already familiar with. Anyone else know of something?

 

well i found the dark smoked tail light covers but the only ones i found say gto on the back in white. have you ever seen any that dont say that?

 

You could rebadge your monte as a GTO? I don't know that I've seen dark tails for the monte. Everyone gets them tinted or smokes them with VHT. You could get some nice LED tails
