Swirl Marks

Swirl Marks
Since buying our monte a few weeks ago we haven't had any sun, just rain. The paint looked awesome in low light/ shade, but the other day we got a few minuets of sun and the paint is actually loaded with ugly swirl marks. I had the same problem on my Bonneville but never really did anything because, well, it was a Bonneville. But being our monte is a much better car, I'd like to do something about it and get a mirror finish (or as close as possible) in the sun.
What is the best way to remove swirl marks on a budget? I haven't washed it since buying it because of all the rain but I think we have decent weather coming up soon so it would be the perfect time to do it

Thank you. I finally got a chance to wash it this morning. I didn't get any pictures though. I'll admit I went through the touch free automatic wash because it looked like rain and I wanted to get everything do quick, but then I went over it with a meguiars clay bar, the swirl x, and followed by a coat of meguiars wax (not the tech wax 2.0, I didn't have enough cash). I spent close to 3 hours on it. Then the sun came out. It didn't take out all of the swirl marks but it make a huge improvement, but boy does it shine. I think by the end of summer I'll take it to a place to get buffed and get the rest out, but for now I'm happy with it. My biggest concern was just getting a coat of wax on it. We've had a month of rain and it was obvious it needed some wax

It looks beautiful. Do you have a garage? If not I'd invest in a car cover. My 03 gets garaged, but my 05 doesn't (only in the winter time). So I just bought a Cover Craft Evolution 4 car cover and I love it!
