okay so i have a 06 Monte Carlo LT and i have the surfboard spoiler! I hate it! i really want to get an 06/07 spoiler so i dont have to drill any holes or anything...so where would be the best place to go?

 

try looking at gm performance parts.. they usually offer "visual accessories". it's going to be more expensive than most aftermarket spoilers though becasue GM thinks their crap is gold.

 

I would check a junk yard or ebay before going to the dealership.

You know the dealership's price ain't gonna be the cheapest, so check around first. If you can't find any you like, THEN you can always go to the dealership parts counter.

 

i have searched so much online that now i am frustrated. does anyone know what the name of the spoiler is that myself and Johnnymack313 are looking for. i have went directly to Gm's online store and they only offer the surfboard for 06/07 models. i am having such a difficult time finding it. ebay last i checked which was earlier today didn't have it. and neither did a couple other sites. if anyone knew the exact name and or part number that would help out a lot! thanks..

The spoiler that stands up is called "race-inspired rear spoiler" in the brochures.
