Default removing lower side body trim to paint

hi, my car a 2004 LS has the lower cladding in black which makes the front and rear fascias look lower than the rest of the body. i would like to have them painted body color to match the car (car is white). i see a bolt on both ends in the wheel well area but how do i go about removing the cladding itself? it would be easier and less messy to remove it to paint it other than to mask and spray.

yo have to take all the screws out of it and then you have to get it over top of the clips that are holding it on also.

i cant remeber for sure how to tell you so i wont and then i dont tell you wrong. .but i do know the clips are there in the area of the scripts on the sides.

Also body color to me is not the best color. LOL if ya were closer i could trade ya for the body color version LOL
I have a white 03 with the white on it and wished they are the black or even a silver colored
