What's the best way to paint the engine cover/letters? I would assume spray the majority with the letters/numbers done by hand?

this, and i think with engine enamel or a high temp paint just incase, it shouldn't get too hot anyways, I would take your time taping everything off so you only have to do it once!

You can also just spray the whole thing and then buy vinyl for the letters.

now i have to put the project on hold until they get here :p i want to do paint, decals and clear all in the same day

I think I'm going to do that, too. I've been talking with Mike @ Milzy and I'm going to get the 65mm TB and the ported UIM & LIMs probably in the spring (so might as well dress 'em up, too). Nice thing is he's only about a half hour drive from my house since I'm seriously considering doing the "race block" from them and beefing up the trans and doing their turbo.
